Sometimes real life feels like a body slam Ottawa Sun 8 May 2009 — Bruce Kirkland Ian Hodgkinson is a sad but exciting story. That story is told as reality in the documentary Vampiro: Angel, Devil, Hero. It is also exploited as pulp fiction in the bloody thriller The Dead Sleep Easy, starring Hodgkinson in a role loosely inspired by his own life. Both arrived on widescreen DVD this week. Hollywood agent and producer Sandy Gallin dies at 76 The Trentonian (Trenton, NJ) 23 Apr 2017 By Mark Kennedy Sandy Gallin, an agent and talent manager who guided the careers of such luminaries as Barbra Streisand, Dolly Parton, Cher and Nicole Kidman, as well as being a TV, movie and Broadway producer, has died in Los Angeles. He was 76. Gallin died Friday after a long battle with multiple myeloma, according to close friend Bruce Bozzi. “We lost a shining light this morning,” Bozzi wrote on Instagram in tribute.
